Please note that the official PACK EXPO Las Vegas contractors and vendors are listed below. Unless specifically arranged or communicated by Show Management, only these approved vendors should be contacting you regarding your participation in PACK EXPO Las Vegas.

PACK EXPO Las Vegas exhibitors have reported receiving solicitations from vendors NOT affiliated with PMMI or PACK EXPO—specifically regarding hotel reservations, attendee list sales and advertising in Packaging Industry News, which is published by Source Group.

PMMI has received reports from exhibitors stating that representatives from Source Group walk the aisles at PACK EXPO events attempting to 1) sell advertising slots for the next edition of Packaging Industry News and 2) mislead exhibitors to believe this is the official Show Daily for PACK EXPO Las Vegas. Please note that PMMI has NO affiliation with Source Group and their publications are strictly prohibited from being handed out at the Las Vegas Convention Center during our show and at all hotels within our housing block.

We would like to remind all exhibitors that the attendee mailing list for PACK EXPO Las Vegas is only available for rent through PMMI. Any solicitation claiming to have the email list of PACK EXPO Las Vegas attendees, or attendee lists from any PACK EXPO show, is fraudulent. If you are contacted by third-party companies via email, phone, or fax, offering email lists, please be aware that the information they offer should be considered entirely suspect as we do not allow access to the contact information of show attendees. We encourage you to block the sender, delete the email, and report scams to the U.S.FTC fraud division. When reporting, select “An Impersonator”, followed by “Well-Known or Trusted Business”. If you receive a solicitation and are unsure of the vendor’s affiliation with PMMI or PACK EXPO Las Vegas, please contact the PMMI Show Department at 571.612.3200 or expo@pmmi.org. PMMI has received reports from exhibitors who booked hotel rooms through various third parties only to subsequently learn that no reservations were in place and their deposits, along with full prepayment, were not returned.

Additionally, numerous convention bureaus are reporting hundreds of complaints from trade show managers who are receiving similar reports from exhibiting companies who booked rooms through a “third party room broker” and ended up at sold-out hotels with no reservations and no recourse for the payment of rooms. These brokers falsely imply they are affiliated with show management and secure deposits and/or full prepayment from exhibiting companies.

The Official Hotel Reservation Office for all PACK EXPO shows is Expovision. PMMI has no affiliation with any other room brokers. Expovision is the only company that is officially sanctioned and certified by PMMI to book hotel rooms on behalf of its exhibitors and attendees. We urge all exhibitors to be especially diligent when engaging with any vendor who is not an official contractor of PACK EXPO. PMMI and our official PACK EXPO vendors will never send emails from a non-business account such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.
